Our IT Support Desk is open 09:00 to 17:00 every week day with emergency help available 24 hours a day for Enhanced Support customers

​We offer two types of Support Service as standard. You can pick and choose which devices you’d like to cover with which level of support and if our standard offerings aren’t right for you we’ll create a tailored Support Service to meet your needs.

Standard Support

Monday to Friday 09:00 to 17:00 remote support. We aim to be working on your problem within 4 hours and will keep you regularly updated with a named support engineer working on your case.






Enhanced Support

Monday to Friday 09:00 to 17:00 remote support with the added comfort of 24 hours a day emergency remote support.

Enhanced support customers benefit from preferential rates for on-site support and IT projects.
